NMTEZA.COM prioritizes high quality products and customer satisfaction, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are FINAL - UNLESS PRODUCT IS FAULTY

CANCELLATIONS

In event of a cancellation, your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Order cancellations WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED if the order has already been shipped.

To order an immediate cancellation, please send and email to Nmteza12@gmail.com. Refunds will be reimbursed back into the original method of payment. Credit cards may take 3-7 business days to process.
